Supporting Affected Edmontonians with Musical Groups

Music is uniquely processed and retained when other cognitive abilities decline, offering a powerful communication channel for those with neurodegenerative conditions. Music Mends Minds is a safe community space for those affected by neurodegenerative conditions to come together and share their love of music.

Carol Rosenstein
Music Mends Minds was founded in 2015 by Carol Rosenstein. She has since created 20 bands across America that has improved the quality of life for over 200 people. She is still active with the organization, and is the heartbeat of Music Mends Minds.
